We all could use a little help coping at the moment. Acknowledging is hard, and healing is even harder, but both are possible. In Science Gallery Atlanta's first virtual series, CONNECT AND COPE, we explore coping mechanisms and how to develop a resilient mindset with a sense of compassion and kindness.

For the series launch on November 20th at 4:00 PM ET, we are joined by Jericho Brown. The Pulitzer-Prize-winning poet shares with us his poem "Bullet Points" from his bestselling book, The Tradition, and his views on the importance of creativity in connecting to the greater society. Jericho, Director of the Creative Writing Program at Emory University, discusses how he copes with the mundane and traumatic stressors through self-expression.

We invite you to join us on our YouTube channel, gain courage, use your voice, and express yourself without judgment. Let’s be. Let’s act. Because our ability to improve conditions happens when we come together.
